Strategic Planning Using the Simplex Methodology

This interactive session will focus on utilizing the Simplex Methodology to develop a strategic plan.† Then, using a case study approach, the participants will develop a strategic plan for a fictional organization. We will spend the first portion of the session teaching the Simplex Methodology, which utilizes divergent and convergent tactics to move a team through the problem-solving process. We will then use these skills to develop a strategic plan with a shared vision approach rather than a top-down push.
