Leading Institutional Curriculum Change: SPSS to JASP

Cross program curriculum change management is discussed using a case study of a large national university transitioning its statistical software from SPSS to JASP. Implications for students, faculty, and operations are discussed to help other institutions prepare for and manage cross-program curriculum changes. Outcomes are shared and participants are guided to develop action plans to take to their home institution.
