LOVE: Living Our Values Everyday: Aligning Culture with Strategy

When Georgia Tech launched its new strategic plan in 2021, they knew they would have to make changes in the culture. The LOVE-GT initiative is a central part of the implementation of the strategic plan aimed at aligning the behaviors, practices, and experiences with new strategic priorities utilizing the GT values as the lodestar. Participants will take away practical tools and approaches to shape the organizational culture so that it aligns with the values and priorities.
