The 2025 Annual Conference Committee needs you! The 2025 Annual Conference, Engineering Change and Empowering Transformation in Higher Education, will be held from July 8-11 at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia.

We welcome submissions from both first-time submitters and veteran presenters on topics in the areas of change management, emerging trends, leadership, strategy, project management, and organizational development.

To assist with your submission, join our Power60 webinar, Pitch Perfect: Submitting an Effective Proposal, on Tuesday, December 10 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm ET. About NCCI Online Education

Power60s

NCCI’s Power60 webinars are hour-long discussions led by higher education thought leaders. Power60s are held monthly and open to all. While there are no fees for NCCI member campuses, registration is necessary. Past topics included Cultural Humility and Intercultural Praxis, Creating a Culturally Responsive and Validated Leadership Framework, and Change Management and your Process Improvement Project.

The Exchange

The Exchange is an online networking opportunity for NCCI members to share ideas, tools, and best practices relating to the topic of change, innovation, strategy, and/or leadership development. As a result of participating in these sessions, participants will strengthen relationships with peers, grow their knowledge, and become better equipped to transform higher education institutions as change leaders.
