NCCI Organizational Effectiveness Institute – February 2–4, 2025
Issues related to organizational effectiveness and excellence are becoming central areas of focus for colleges and universities. The various pressures facing institutions of higher education require a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to engage in inclusive approaches to change and transformation leadership.
The NCCI Organizational Effectiveness Institute will be an interactive experience, facilitated by change leaders across higher education who are engaged in leading internal organizational development efforts at their respective institutions. Through the use of tailored case studies and interactive engagement with relevant HelioCampus datasets, you will explore institutional challenges in need of strategic attention, consider strategies for engaging key campus partners in the shared work of organizational excellence, and develop a roadmap for future action.
This event is offered with support from our signature sponsor, HelioCampus.
